Our standard service area is within a 20 mile radius of Louisville. We are happy to travel outside the Louisville area (charge typically around $25) though there may be a minimum of $250 in services (may combine with a friend) required for longer distances. Travel and rate details will be discussed and agreed upon on a case by case basis.
We enjoy what we do and we hope you do, too! If you refer a friend and they book a minimum of $100 in services we will give you a $25 credit towards any Therapy Session! Ask us for details and for extra business cards to carry with you!
The Fine Print
A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required at time of booking your first appointment, especially during busy seasons, and will be used toward that appointment.
We accept Cash, Check, PayPal and major Credit Cards. If using a gift certificate, please let us know at time of booking.
Everyone's schedule is hectic and we understand things come up. We will gladly re-schedule appointments 1 (one) time. After the first re-schedule, or with less than 1 week notice, any changes in appointment dates or times may be subject to a $25 fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to poor weather conditions, school closures, etc
